SAINT MAXIMILIAN KOLBE
Dear Christ, Saint Maximilian was imprisoned in Auschwitz where he ministered to the captives and celebrated Mass by consecrating bread and wine that had been smuggled in.
He was martyred after he voluntarily took the place of a young married prisoner condemned to die.
Since he's the patron saint of drug addicts and people in prison, I ask him to intercede for the inmates in our jails.
O Lord, heal their hearts and protect them from the evil that surrounds them. I also ask him to pray for the addicts in my family and my friends' families.
O Lord, set them free from the prison of their addictions.
Saint Maximilian, pray for us.

Dear Lord, please hear my prayers for the person who posted here yesterday to say that they were struggling terribly, that their burden was too heavy for them to bear. Let them know that they are loved, even by someone who does not know them. Let them find help and strength and relief from their terrible pain. Please give them the strength to hang on. I will continue to pray for this person and send love to this person in your name, Jesus, who knows of all our trials and feels our pain along with us. This we ask through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

Heavenly Father, thanks, praise and glory to You as yet once more, You allow us the din made by children resuming school. In the noise they create I see a new opportunity for a brighter future which I hope will come when the children of today become our leaders of tomorrow. Lord, I’m seriously struggling. Every time I take a step forward with you on this path that you have put me on, I feel I take a thousand steps behind. I’m not saying this journey with you is supposed to be easy but Lord please take this burden from me because I can’t carry it anymore. I try so hard in my everyday life to please you but I’m failing. Thoughts of suicide is not of you. I just want to get it right. Please forgive me.

Dear Lord please watch over my family. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter in her pursuit to college. Protect and guide me at my jobs., and assist me with obtaining and maintaining financial growth and stability. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, safety, health, happiness, love, and piece of mind to my family and me. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence, and protect my investment on the board that it will grow and I will reap a return god willing. Make her become more independent, grow cognitively, and prepare her to handle college and what life throws her way. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, skinny state. Help D.J.s body and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect for me, truthfulness, sense of being valued, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. Protect D.J. ,all my friends, family, and me from getting any colds and viruses. Heal those with the virus, protect those who come in contact with the virus, especially our healthcare workers, law enforcement, grocery/store and delivery workers, those with compromised immune systems, elderly, those with underlying health conditions, and military.
