Dear Friends of The Sunday Mass,

May the God of all blessing and peace be with you as we begin our Lenten journey together. It will be my prayer throughout this Lent that you will be graced with God’s compassion and mercy as you make this yearly journey of faith.

Hopefully, our little book of meditations will help you during this journey of Lent to reflect on the presence and action of God in your life and challenge you to turn away from sin and be faithful to the Gospel. It is our hope that this booklet will provide you with a focus for each day just as The Prayer Guide provides you with a focus each Sunday. The daily Gospels and reflections from our Passionist family will offer you with some food for thought as you make your own Lenten journey of faith. They will also let you know that you are not alone on your journey but that you travel with a much larger community of faith called Church.
