PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

Lord Jesus, please watch over Vince McNally, Terry's brother as he prepares for a very serious life/death surgery. Give him pease as only you can and ease his fears. Hold him in your arms and his family too. Thank you. It is a comfort to know you are always hearing our pleas and needs.

My prayer intenion and deepest prayer is good health and good outcome for my son , daughter- in law and baby today and for the rest of their pregnancy. Also good solution for our other's son's situation. To help myself and my husband in our marraige and good health and peace of mind for everyone in our family. To let me feel better and have nothing seriosly wrong. To let our grandson to continue having sucess in his therapy at preschool. To remember both of our beloved mom's and dad's who are no longer with us but in our hearts always!..... Thanks to Our Lord for all of the good things He does send our way!....Amen.

My deepest prayer is: My deepest prayer is for the recovery of my niece noralyn sauz. She suffered for the mulfunction of kidney for about 3 yrs after the operaion.. LORD please help her. THANK YOU LORD. AMEN.

For my brother's mother-in-law who has been diagnosed with breast cancer that has spread to her nodes. Please prayer for a recovery so that she may enjoy her grandchildren and family. She has worked very hard through the years. I pray to the Lord that she can have time to enjoy a retirement and spend happy times with her family.

For a close family friend, prayers for their new infant son Tavin, who will be going Thursday, 5/13 for a MRI to determine the extent of sturge webber syndrome. Lord please let him be among the 20% who is not fully affected physically and mentally. I lift up to you the family and their worries and anxieties that you can give them peace. My prayer to the Lord is that Arnold Brown find his health again. We need prayer for him to heal the inner wounds of the heart, brain, and legs. He has had heart and cartoroid artery surgery. He is presently battling problems with memory loss and severe headaches. I ask that he is healed and finds strength in his mind to heal his inner body for better health. For my mom & grandmother who have passed away but everpresent in my daily life and continue to be my teachers. For women everywhere asking God for a baby whether it be carrying a baby in their own womb or being gifted & choosing a baby. Especially for Nancy & Lara both in a very primary pregnancy stage who have desired a baby and have had many disappoints over the years. May they be gifted with life within.

I would subscribe to the sunday mass mailing list but i will be able to go to church in a week or so. Because of your prayers and others my recovery from 2 surgeries has been very successful.
