PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

my prayer intention is Dear lord you know my weakness ,each morning i resolve to be humble and in the evening i recognize that i have been often quilty of my pride the sight of these faults tempts me to tempts me to discouragementsyet i know that discouragement itself is form of pride .i wish therefore o my GOD to build all my trust upon you as you can do all things deign to implant on my soul the virtue which i desire .......to our children to find youthat you have not abondoned them and continue to grow on your love olord i pray my daughter kaci, mau,jill ,eisen my son dondonthat the will fulfil althier dreams and finish thier studies ,wisdom to make the right decisionfor myself and my family ,i pray for my entire extended family and freinds that all your love bring them peace in thier own families ...and GOD bless our priest especially our holy father pope BENEDICT .......and to all the beautifull souls the may live forever ..AMEN

That by some miracle the retreat house in Riverdale, NY does not close. I pray that this wonderful place, even with the decision by the chapter to close its doors, somehow will survive and continue the ministry that has saved and restored so many of us. For everyone who is out of work in Ohio that congress extends unemployment. That my unemployment will continue since I still have a few weeks to go. That I lose alot of weight in my thighs, stomach, arms and waist. Also that I can keep from eating allot of junk food and snacking. That my hair grows longer to cover some of the bald spots that I have due to stress. That I get my confidence back when I go on job interviews and may a good impression and do well. That I get a good job soon with benefits and that pays well. For my dads health and his and my budget. And that I can pay my bills. And that I do a good job at the part-time job I have now and get faster. That my spelling, typing and math improve so that I can move onto a higher paying job. That I also recieve allot of job interviews.
