PRAYER OF LOVE - If I speak in human and angelic tongues* but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal. Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, [love] is not pompous, it is not inflated, it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.
So, faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is Love.

PLEASE PRAY THAT MY GRANDSON JORDAN WILL RECOGNIZE THAT HE IS A DRUG ADDICT AND SEEK TO DO SOMETHING TO OVERCOME HIS ADDICTION. PRAY THAT MIKE AND CHERYL WILL BE ABLE TO HELP HIM. CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR MY SON SCOT THAT HIS HEALING WILL CONTINUE FOR HIS DEPRESSION.AND ANXIETY.......PRAY FOR WORLD PEACE THE HUNGERY, AND ALL THOSE IN NEED OF PRAYERS.
Please watch over us and keep us safe and healthy on our upcoming travel. That I won't require surgery and that I'm able to find a good job later on. That my husband not despair and we have healthy productive lives ahead.

Dear Lord, yes, I am pleased with people like Poppy who are concerned about others. For me, I am aware of my mental illness and especially that it cannot be treated. It was the treatment that caused another illness to which now I cannot be treated for either one. Plus, now I cannot take a whole slew of other medications, for a whole slew of other illnesses, including diabetes, which I also have. Now, none of this is written in my medical chart because doctors know if they do, then I could perhaps drag them into court as a witness, as to sue the drug companies. This would cause lost time at their medical practice, so they work there words very carfully. But perhaps they should not be so hesitant, because the illness is quite hard to prove, and so there is not much chance in finding an attorney to take the case, because it is not easy money. Perhaps, I am out of line here, Lord, but my ex-wife, my children, all my brothers and sister, they all hate me, and think I have it made. I disagree. I try hard to be humble, besides, I am sure only you will be my judge. Amen.

For Mental Healing
Dear Lord I thank you for the relieve of stress at my summer job this year. I am hopeful that I can at long last make many needed positive changes in my life. Please give me the strength to make good choices that will change my life for the better. Please help my sister resolve her traffic tickets and find a way to keep her house and pay all bills. Help my nephew to make better choices and stay away from drugs, keep his job and a nice safe place to live. Help my brother with his depression to find a way to deal positively with life and become a good father to his son. We are all in your hands.
I have a VERY insecure husband, and I have been told he grew up in a very dysfunctional family. We can get along only for so long and then he causes a fight. He is jealous of every male person, and he will question me on how I know people. I know I'm in a abuse relationship, but I myself am a insecure and needy person and I allow myself to be abused, I try to stick up for myself, then he will start saying very hurtful things. I ask for prayers for my son, myself and my husband.
The results are in. The results were in for almost a week. Ten days is a little too long to wait. My wife know a Nurse who told her. She will contact my doctor. I have Lung Cancer. I am waiting for the doctor to call to see what my options are. Please keep me in your prays May God Bless You
LORD,help us to carry our crosses and to pray continually. Help us to embrace humility and to be give happy with the little we have. Help us to accept our lot and carry on trusting you. For us for our sins of anger ad our longing to exalt ourselves. Teach us to be simple.

Please pray for my sister-in-law, Bea, as she battles with uterine cancer. For 43 years she took care of residents in a nursing home and now struggles for her life. My husband, who is 83 years old, has been severely ill with Multiple Systems Atrophy for over ten years. He is at home and our youngest son is his caregiver 24/7. I don't know what is right in God's eyes. To pray for my husband Anthony to bear up under his cross, or petition God to please let Tony die and relieve him from his sufferings. He is completely bedridden, quadraplegic, and needs assistance in all. No more speech and 90% of the time does not recognize us. I am afraid. Please pray for me too. Thank you.
