"Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God. "When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, "Who then can be saved?" Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Matthew 19: 24-26 (NIV)*********"I SYMPATHIZE WITH THE DISCIPLES. God's commandments felt overwhelming, and they wanted encouragement. Perhaps a pat on the back and "At least you're trying your best." Instead, Jesus said disruptive things like "It's worse than you thought. To meet God's standards, it's not enough to avoid killing a man, you can't even call him a fool (Matthew 5: 22). Even the rich and powerful can't find an easy entry into the kingdom of God(Matthew 19: 24)." Was Jesus making salvation seem impossible? In a way, yes.*****At the end of the day, I'm tempted to calculate my virtue, decide I've done a bit more good than bad, and congratulate myself for achieving a bit of "righteousness." We humans are prone to rely on ourselves, believing we can solve our own problems. Jesus turns that thinking upside down and reminds us that we are helpless to reach the kingdom of God by our own efforts. But then Jesus continues with the Good News: with God, all things are possible. Eternal salvation is possible through Christ. ********Since Jesus has solved the unsolvable problem of sin and granted the way of salvation through His sacrifice, then all our other unsolvable problems are also safe in His care." --Sharon Hinck*******Faith Step: Think of one problem. Lord the world is in chaos with sickness, with politicians in power struggles and hate that some have against one another. Lord please help the world to find away to correct the issues and troubles that man creates. Please allow the spoken word to be factual and honest. Please allow unity to resolve health, political, social, humanity and justice. Please end the divide, distrust, hatefulness, exaggerating, embellishment, false statements reported. Please allow the laws and policies that exist be enforced fair and honestly. Please allow Leaders, Politicians, to do what is right and just for the good of all. Please remove, replace, retire, rehabilitate, all who cannot do what is right and just and who cannot change their ways.

Dear Lord Jesus, Thank you for all you do and and all you provide for each of us. Please heal all in need. Please cure the sick. Please comfort all who loss loved ones. Thank you Lord for our health and safety. please allow each of us to be healthy, safe and live in peace. Please stop all crime, evil, hate, violence, destruction, and harm. Please allow peace, law and order justice for all. Please stop what is not true which is false and causes problems, trouble and unrest. Please help the truth and honesty to be said and done allow accountability and responsibility for the right things to take place. Please allow everyone to travel, commute, drive, walk, ride safely to depart, arrive and return safely always. Please cure the pandemic and eliminate all sickness. Please help my family all people and myself. Please help the world and all in it. Thank you. Amen.

Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity with each other in this relationship in our thoughts and actions and be honest at all costs. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures towards one another. May there be truth and honesty between us even in difficult situations. May we verbally express our love for each other and our true intentions towards growing as a couple. Protect him from getting any viruses, other health issues, and colds during this time. Dear Lord please watch over my family. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter in her pursuit to college. Protect and guide me at my jobs., and assist me with obtaining and maintaining financial growth and stability. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, safety, health, happiness, love, and piece of mind to my family and me. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Make her become more independent, grow cognitively, and prepare her to handle college and what life throws her way. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, skinny state. Help D.J.s body and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect for me, truthfulness, sense of being valued, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. Protect D.J. ,all my friends, family, and me from getting any colds and viruses. Heal those with the virus, protect those who come in contact with the virus, especially our healthcare workers, law enforcement, grocery/store and delivery workers, those with compromised immune systems, elderly, those with underlying health conditions, and military. Bring peace and justice to our country. Thank you for all of the blessings that you have bestowed upon us as we are forever grateful. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
