Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity with each other in this relationship in our thoughts and actions and be honest at all costs. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures towards one another. May there be truth and honesty between us even in difficult situations. May we verbally express our love for each other and our true intentions towards growing as a couple. Protect him from getting any viruses, other health issues, and colds during this time. Dear Lord please watch over my family. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter in her pursuit to college. Protect and guide me at my jobs., and assist me with obtaining and maintaining financial growth and stability. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, safety, health, happiness, love, and piece of mind to my family and me. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence, and protect my investment on the board that it will grow and I will reap a return god willing. Make her become more independent, grow cognitively, and prepare her to handle college and what life throws her way. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, skinny state. Help D.J.s body and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect for me, truthfulness, sense of being valued, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. Protect D.J. ,all my friends, family, and me from getting any colds and viruses. Heal those with the virus, protect those who come in contact with the virus, especially our healthcare workers, law enforcement, grocery/store and delivery workers, those with compromised immune systems, elderly, those with underlying health conditions, and military. "Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying; "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." JOHN 8:12 (NKJV)***********"I LOVE LIGHTHOUSES! WHENEVER I go on vacation and there is a lighthouse nearby, I try my best to find it. Last summer, I was excited to finally get a chance to take a tour inside a lighthouse in Biloxi, Mississippi. The lighthouse was magnificent white towering presence in the center of town. After climbing the long, spiral staircase to the small opening at the top of the lighthouse where the beacon is located. I was rewarded with the most amazing view of the ocean and the town. My joy and excitement were almost uncontainable. According to Britannica com, a lighthouse's purpose is to aid in navigation, warn of hazards, and guide maritime vessels to their destinations using various shapes or colors with lights and patterns of radio signals.****As I stood there, I imagined the ships that were guided by the Biloxi Lighthouse during tumultuous tides. There were historical documents in the lighthouse that provided information about ships that were able to avoid maritime disasters when the lighthouse was in use. While listening to our guide, I thought about Jesus as a lighthouse. He aids us in our daily lives. He warns of us danger that may be lurking near us. He guides us daily in the way we should go. He helps us navigate the murky, dark, and dangerous waters we sometimes face in life, and brings us to a place of safety.
