ASH WEDNESDAY - O God, with ashes on our forehead we begin Lent knowing that the rest of the journey will not be pubic like today but perhaps more personal, more one on one with you. We will give up things or perhaps do things to hopefully focus our lives on what is most important. We will pray to draw strength for the journey. We will give of ourselves as your ambassadors so that it is not just about "me" but about "us" about You! And so, as we journey, we ask you to create in us a clean heart and renew in us a steadfast spirit. Help us to remember that now, today is the right time, the acceptable time to encounter and know your love. Fill us with the hope that by your grace we are journeying together in your love. Amen!

For safety and end of crime, violence and evil. Lord help all cities to have law and order. Lord please Stop the Violence in New York City innocent people and children being shot. Please stop the violence in the subway system and streets stop the stabbing, slashing, pushing off platforms. Please allow the political arena to stop fighting law and order by letting all criminals out of custody with their no bail free system. Please stop all crime, violence and harm. Please help everyone to be safe, live safe, travel safe, go to work and home safe. Please allow Law and order. Amen.

Dear God, Thank you so much for all your blessings. Please also bless and give our family strength with what we’re going through especially my husband and son. Please bless that everything will work out for the better for the both of them and our family. Grant my husband and son the wisdom to make the right decisions. Continue to keep our family safe. For my daughter's health to continue to be well and a speedy recovery for my mom, dad and aunt, most especially my mom because of her stroke. Give my dad strength to cope with my mom's health issues and everything else. With the current COVID19 pandemic, give all of us affected strength during this challenging time. Continue to bless our family for our recovery from the COVID19 effects and so with everybody too. Please heal the world. Thank you.

Father God, thanks and praises be to You for the graces You have bestowed on me in these past months. Thank You sweet Jesus, that through Your compassionate heart, as I prayed in Your name, the gates of heaven opened. Blessed be Your name. I also pronounce my sincerest gratitude to the Blessed Virgin Mary, St Joseph her spouse, St George Preca of Malta, St Rita of Cascia, and St Jude the Apostle, who interceded for me and my loved ones in extremely difficult circumstances.
