Dear God, please continue to help my brother and my best friend. Also, dear God, regarding the upcoming election, please do not allow any public official to cut vital programs and services to the elderly, the sick and disabled, the poor, the hungry, children, and all who are in genuine need. Please impress upon all elected officials that their first priority is to the people they serve, not to any political party or any personal or political gain. I ask these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
