PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

May my husbands blood test tomorrow come back with normal results and no issues. Please help his doctors appoint go well with no concerns or abnormalities. Dear Lord I pray that my friends Madeline Scherer and Nick Bolton both recover from Nicks brain tumor illness and all the various treatments and medications. I pray that their upcoming marriage on 9/24, will bring them much Happiness and a return to good health. They continue to struggle but believe in You Lord and I ask that they be granted improved health and happiness. I ask this through Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Amen

Abba thank you for being my Father. You are a great Father to me. Abba hear my prayers for Jackson, Mississippi. The Black people there have no water to drink, they can not even bathe themselves. Abba send them the resources they need to obtain clean water. Thank you for your Word which shows how you are able to provide food and water to Your Children. May the Catholic churches in this region of the United States of America show up to help Jackson, Mississippi residents during this desert experience. Jesus, I love you so much.
