Dear Jesus,
As we celebrate your Mother's Salemity today, I repestfully ask that you bless my mother, Connie Rae (Bjerk) Ryan ... as you know, she is in her final days with the terrible disease of Alzheimer's and Dementia. She was such an insiration to all of her children and our friends, and as a convert to Catholisim, from the Lutheran upbringing, she always reminded us that we have a Heavenly Mother, The great Virgin Mary, to watch over us when she can longer be with us. She has not held me, kissed me, or even remembered my name in over 4 long years. I ask that you surround her with your Heavenly Light, your eternal Love, and to bring her into your presence. I love my Mom so very much, and I do not like to see her in this condition. BRING HER HOME TO YOU! I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Mary our Mother please help us secure jobs after yet another layoff. Please guide my son to change his ways and get his HS diploma and get to college. Protect him from the bad influences that are here to trip him up. Bless my friends with a beautiful holiday season and a blessed new year. And thanks be to your son Jesus because I can see the gaps in the footsteps behind me where he carried me. Thank you for keeping us safe and warm this holiday as these are the best gifts anyone can receive.

I have MS and every doctor's appointment is a challenge. Today, it's for a mammogram and breast exam with a doctor whose office is very crowded. A 2 to 3hr wait is the norm. I ask that the Lord will go with me and help me to get my exam and get back home safely.
