Dear Sacred Heart of Jesus, please help Jay transition from the hospital to home without any setbacks. Please continue to heal and guide him. May he be able to eat and gain back the weight he lost and may he respond well to all treatments. Please guide his doctors and nurses to do what is best for Jay and to calm his depression, fears and anxiety. Please too bless and give courage and strength to his wife, son and MIL so that they can help and support him as he recovers. In Jesus' name, Savior of the World we pray. Amen
