Today’s readings refer to seeking the Kingdom of God, yet we often spend much of our time seeking fulfillment of our worldly needs. We are challenged to provide for ourselves and our families, but we can find ourselves overwhelmed by the desire to achieve more and obtain more. What can we do when we find we are distracted from the promises of God’s Kingdom by the trappings of our Earthly world?
