PRAYER OF LOVE - If I speak in human and angelic tongues* but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal. And if I have the gift of prophecy and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge; if I have all faith so as to move mountains but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away everything I own, and if I hand my body over so that I may boast but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, [love] is not pompous, it is not inflated, it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.
So, faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is Love.

I pray for us to have a safe trip today to visit my son in Bellingham and I also pray for my job to be secure and stable and to pass all the auditing that they are doing to everyone's work including my work and not be so stress out over it but to learn from it and repeat any errors. I also pray for my sons and I to always be in good health and take better care of ourselves and I want to thank you for all the blessings you bestow on us. Amen.

Please pray for me. I met this man who I am really attracted to and want to spend the rest of my life with him, as I believe he is the one for me (and hope he feels the same way about me). Please pray that everything will work out in our favor and that we will be united in the sacrament of Holy Matrimony and blessed with a very happy marriage in the very near future. I have been longing for this for a very long time. No, I don't even hear from him. Please pray that he will make his way to me. If this does not happen, I don't want to be around if I can't be with him, and will have a mental/nervous breakdown; I am head over heels about this guy.
Dear Jesus, Thank you for the blessing of continued good health. Please keep me free from cancer so I can be here for my family. Please help my son Jason with his marriage problems and my Bryan with his challenges with alcohol. Please watch over them and guide them. Thank you for my wonderful husband of 44 years. Please take care of my Mom and Dad and Aunt Olga who at rest in your care. Thank you Jesus for being my ever present refuge and strength, my rock.
I celebrate the memory of my parents on this the seventy-ninth anniversary of their marriage. They are together now forever in the presence of our Lord.
I would like to clarify my prayer intention: Justice for my children, justice for my parents and justice for me. Many injustices have been committed against us and some by members of our own family. Let those who have committed the injustices against us be punished for what they have done (both the perpetrators and those who have favored the perpetrators with their unethical, immoral and corrupt ways) and let no more injustices be committed against my children, my parents and me.

Dear Lord, is it not true? That the morning television shows get all hysterical about the news they broadcast, but they are just reaping the violence of what they themselves sow all day long for profit? They say "Oh, I'm not to blame" and try to hide behind the idea of a corporation? But you Lord know the contents of all heart's, and will judge with complete fairness. All will pay their debt, every last penny. Amen.

Dear Lord, I happened to be watching David Letterman the other night, something I rarely do (lol), and their was Brian Williams on the program. He said things that helped me restore my faith somewhat in American media. I will now watch his broadcast for one of my primary news sources whereas the one with Charlie Rose seems like they purposely try to make people ill. Lord, you say that I can bestow blessings on whoever I please, well, I pray for a speedy recovery for Brian Williams knees. He has had a recent surgery, and has had a life of difficulty with this, so for this I ask blessings, yes amen.

I ask for continued prayer for an improvement in the symptoms of MS. I have been ill recently and have noticed it's much harder to maintain my balance and get around. I haven't been out of my apt. in a couple of months. In prayer and thanksgiving.
It's true Lord, Richard Rohr says that Catholics are cowards that have been led astray. So you say that they will spend a very long time in the heavenly pool of fire. I believe you Big time. Amen.
