Dear Heavenly Father, I pray to you tonight with the gratitude, and thanks for being employed again. Although I am being faced with challenges, I will be diligent not to allow my emotions to over take me, but ensure that I stand strong and lead. I pray for wisdom to make the right decisions that are best, and not to go out of my way to upset others around me. I pray for guidance and support to maintain the highest level of professionalism, and that my kindness and compassion will never be mistaken for weakness.
