DOING WHAT IS RIGHT - Gift us O God, with a spirit that always contemplates what is right, what is good, what is worthy, what is decent, what is honorable, what is of value, the goodness, within ourselves and others. Help us to treat all we meet in the same way we want to be treated. Grace us with patience when we are not. Enliven us with trust in you so that we will always have the strength to ask, seek and knock. Knowing that if we do, we will always be given, we will always find, and the door will always be open! My two great- grand daughters start school on the 8th of September in a Catholic school in Manhattan. Their great-uncle who has paid tuition for the eldest who is entering 8th grade and the little one is beginning 2nd grade. Their Uncle just lost his job. We need a miracle to keep both girls in school. I am on Social Security and do not have the means to pay tuition. This is a nightmare. Wisdom, to know where to go and who to speak to. I pray in the name of Jesus, to find grace and favor with the school in order to allow my girls to go to school while their Uncle finds the right position for his talents. He has been a surrogate father for 13 years, not to mention his own rent, food, telephone. Please pray for us and ask for the windows of heaven to open and a blessing come my family's way. Amen The two girls are being raised by their grand mother, me, their great-grandmother and their Uncle. I pray my daughter(grand mother) provides short term help, like two or three months of tuition. I pray their Uncle finds employment quickly. Yes, I am close to 70 but I am willing to work and help. I have some health challenges, but there must be a way for me to be a blessing to my family.
Lord, keep Morgan close to you today as she goes through her day. Bless her. Thank you for all her blessings and for all the progress she has made in this past year. Amen
Dear Lord, thank you for one successful surgery for Dave. He is better today but still has a long road to go. Please give his doctors the skills needed to help him. Please stay by him and heal him. Amen
