Dear Blessed Virgin, Immaculate Mary, Mother of God, on the eve of the day when we celebrate the birth of Jesus, intercede for us that we shall not simply remember the birth of your Son, but truly live the love which God meant for us when He sent a human being in the person of Jesus Christ to save us and pay for our transgressions. This is proof enough that God is love. Thus he loves us always and all the time. Help us imitate you in our love to God, and allow us to a taste of Your joy. Amen.

Please pray for my husband and myself. Some members of our families have turned away from us and it makes us sad. God bless them. We love them very much but they have put us away. Help us to keep loving and caring about them and others who have turned away from us. We want, more and more, to be like Jesus. Give us strength and peace to continue on.
