Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. Lord, I'm asking you and the holy family to pray with me for my friend who now has colon cancer. She lives with her son who is mentally disabled and does not know what's going on with his mother. Please God spear her life so that she can be with him a lot longer. All he knows is "mommy", but does not know the family. Please God I'm asking you to touch her, heal her with your blessings, and let her continue to live. Please God in you name I Pray.
