Thinking Before Action - Help us O God; to be the people you have created us to be today. Help us to think before we speak, especially when our words are directed towards others. Help us to think before we write, especially when we are writing about others. Help us to act, respond and live as people committed to compassion, life and love. Dear Jesus, please help my daughter as she goes through a difficult divorce from a very mean man who does nothing but cause her heartache and problems. That homily read spoke to me, Fr. Paul; I have been avoiding the Church since The Assumption and the PA. Grand Jury report. That and several other crises and health problems have really thown me. I think though that thru you, God was telling me that I just need to make the effort...but I hope some day that He will also "move the boulder". And Joe Simmons, I liked the Communion hymn! You have a nice voice. I just pray that I obtain "new life". I cannot go on as I have been. Thx.
