Father of all nations and ages,
As we recall the day when our country claimed its place among the family of nations;
for what has been achieved we give you thanks, for the work that still remains we ask your help, and as you have called us from many peoples to be one nation, grant that, under your providence, our country may share your blessings with all the peoples of the earth.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you
in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.

Father God, I come before You as I am, weary, riddled with problems and anxiety, and with a shattered heart. These past few years were accentuated with hardships the likes of which I never imagined. I am sure that the enemy was attacking me in a bid to make me question You. Thank You God for giving me the tenacity to keep gripping firmly to You. Now I am sure that all the time You were holding me in the palm of Your right hand. God, be my comforter at all times! Be my rock and my fortress! Amen.

Please pray for daughter to control her anxiety. Please pray for my children to be accepted and included by their peers.
