Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
Through the intercession of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, I confidently beseech You to grant me the grace of healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two daughters. Amen

Father God,
I cry out to you tonight about the pandemic. Please be with those who need you most now. You know all hearts. If it be within your divine will, put an end to this pandemic. But,also, may you be glorified in it and in all things. May the world change for the better as a result of this as Your word promises that all things work for the good of those who love you.
Also, I pray that you surround Lynn with your Holy Angels. That you comfort and encourage her, but most of all that You reveal yourself to her in a very real way, gather her to you so that she has Your peace. Grant that same peace th extend to all of her loved ones, especially her husband and children. Lord cover them all with Your Mercy and love.
I pray these things in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

I was surprised when my answer to a trivia question about my life included having hiked in Colorado, Arizona, Alaska, Wisconsin, as well as the Utah desert. ***The desert hike with my younger sister took a lot out of me. Like hydration. All of it. And endurance I didn't think I had. **The heat beating down on us from above, the distance that had seemed manageable before we embarked, the constant watch for the hike contributed to the agony. ***I brushed off the question every time my sister asked, "Do you want to turn back?" *** No, I wanted to find the air-conditioned care. I wanted a tall glass of iced tea and a cold bracing shower. But most of all, I wanted to finish, to show that I could do it, to press through the difficulties, knowing they were temporary.***Some of the teaching Jesus offered seemed harsh to His followers. Hard truth. Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity with each other in this relationship in our thoughts and actions and be honest at all costs. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures towards one another. May there be truth and honesty between us even in difficult situations. Protect and guide me at my positions for my three jobs. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, safety, health, happiness, love, good spirits, financial stability and growth, and piece of mind to my family and me. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, lean state. Help D.J.s knee and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect for me , truthfulness, sense of being valued, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. God please protect and heal J.J. and provide him with comfort and love he needs during this difficult time. Protect D.J. and all my friends and family from getting any colds and viruses. Heal those with the virus, protect those who come in contact with the virus, especially our healthcare workers, law enforcement, grocery/store and delivery workers, those with compromised immune systems, elderly, those with underlying health conditions, and military.
