You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. Please pray for my husband who is battling stage iv colon. He is going for his 2 month scan today. Last month he had a liver infection and we pray that he is healed and that his lymph nodes reduce in size and that the cancerous tumors shrink and he is stable or cured. Tomorrow is his birthday so we pray God graces us with good news from the scan. We ask this through St. Mary our Holy mother, St. Peregrine, St. Padre Pio, St. Jude, St. Theresa, St. Rita, and St. Raphael.
