We give you heartfelt thanks, O Loving God, for the rest of the past night and for the gift of a new day, with all its opportunities of pleasing you. Grant that as we live the hours of this day we will do so with joy, faith, hope and love in service of you. So that when evening comes upon us we will again give thanks to you for your many gifts that enriched us throughout the day. We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen! Almighty God, thank You for the beauty of marriage and for inspiring the Pope to proclaim that marriage is not a social act but a vocation. It usually is a complicated journey of commitment, at times risky or dicey, as are all other choices in life. In Jesus’ name, I pray for all couples to be married this year, that they are blessed and be prepared to grow in love with generosity, fidelity and patience. Love hurts, but love gives couples many chances to make God’s dream of love their own. Amen.

Lord the World needs your help. Lord you know the issues the man made trouble and you know who created them. Please Lord help all that need your help. Lord help the leaders of countries to do what is right and just for all. Help people and their lives to not have to flee countries because of bad leaders corruption and bad decisions by those in charge and in politics. For good and justice for all cleanse, retire, remove, voluntarily exit bad leaders and politicians if there is no positive way to correct their ability to do good. Please allow good for all. Please take away the pain that people suffer by the actions of other who are doing bad. Lord please help all with everyday life and everything needed for life. Amen.
