Almighty God, most Loving Father, thanks, praise and glory to You who love us, keep us in good health, provide food on the table, and placed us in a family that is cared for by a diligent housewife, who also happened to be a superb person who would fit and fill any new task that crops up. They take care of the neonates of our future generation, and in their silence, they rule the world. In Jesus’ name, Abbā, please watch over them that they are neither abused nor taken for granted in life. Amen.

Almighty Father, I ask that you instil the spirit of patience in me and help me to exercise control and emotional intelligence at all times. This is costing me a Lord especially in my relationship with people. Help to know what to say and how to say it at the right time. Help me to be more patient and accomodating, slow to act or react, more tolerant and not being judgemental. Help me to stop overthinking and manage my anxieties.
