PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

Prayers for a miracle and peace for the Ukraine and around the world. Please God, stop the war in Ukraine and I pray China does not get involved in the war & in Jesus’ name stop those who are trying to divide us. . For safety for our country and for an end to anyone trying to destroy our country. Protect our churches, pregnancy centers, schools, and of us from all harm especially after the overturn of Roe vs Wade. Thank you for it but I pray for peace in our streets. For a complete end to the pandemic & for an end to those exploiting the pandemic. for all my other intentions on my prayer lists. For the situation at the border to improve. Save our country from communism and socialism. For spiritual & emotional healing between me & my family. For an end also to those who are trying to divide, cause chaos, destruction and violence anywhere in the world. For world peace and calm my anxiety Lord. Help me sleep well tonight. Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
