PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

Please send your grace to T and J. Father please send your rain to the parched areas of the earth and stop floods. and fires. Father please hear the prayers, pleas and cries of your children in Ukraine and other war torn countries. Jesus we desperately need your peace. Holy Spirit please enkindle your divine love and grace into the hearts, mind, and soul of Putin and leaders who deny their citizens peace, freedom, and basic needs of life. Holy Trinity please send your angels to protect, comfort and free victims of human trafficking and slavery as well as the children who suffer greatly throughout the world.
