PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

Dear God, Please bless the departed soul of my mom and uncle. May they both rest in peace. Please also give us all strength during this difficult time especially my dad. Thank you so much for all your blessings and please bless our day too. Please also bless and give our family strength with what we’re going through especially my husband and son. Please bless that everything will work out for the better for the both of them and our family. Protect my son from bad influences and always guide him into your way of life. Abba provide protection to all senior citizens in our Christain family from all people, places, and things that seek to harm them. We belong to the Trinity; protect us from the enemy who seeks to kill, steal, and destroy the lives of those most vulnerable. Abba as Your Child I pray for helpers I can trust so that I may stay in my home. I will lift up my eyes to the hills from which comes my help, my help comes from the Lord. Thank you Jesus for standing with me in this life of struggles. There is nothing that You and I can not accomplish together. I praise God that I am never alone because You told me You would never leave or forsake me in this life. So I thank the Holy Spirit for sharing His wisdom with me daily.
