For safety from crime, violence, evil, bad behavior and all that is not good. For all victims and love ones that have been affected by the bad actions and choices of others. For law enforcement, punishment for crime, deterrence, rehabilitation when possible. For the reasons and knowledge of why crime is committed and the solutions to prevent and eliminate criminal behavior. For thee safety, protection, defense of loved ones and good people everywhere.
