O Glorious Apostle, Saint James, who by reason of your fervent and generous heart was chosen by Jesus to be a witness of His glory on Mount Tabor, and of His agony in Gethsemane; you, whose very name is a symbol of struggle and faith: obtain for us strength and consolation in the unending struggle of this life, that, having constantly and generously followed Jesus, we may be faithful in the challenges of life and deserve to receive the welcome into you heavenly kingdom. Dear Lord thank You for everything. Have mercy on my family and I pray we are always kind, honest, respectful, and give service to those in need. Guide me through my civic duty. Dear Lord give me the wisdom, knowledge, courage, and understanding to make smart decisions in my life for an optimal outcome for everyone of concern in any role I have to undertake. Peace, health, safety, and happiness to all.
