PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

Please lay Your hands over me for guidance, guarding, strength, courage, hope, faith, and an ability to overcome my stresses. From January, 2024, I had been hospitalized with covid, pneumonia, anemia, loss of weigh, a bacteria in the abdomin, and loss of the use of my legs, that at the end of January, 2024, I was transferred to a nursing facility and rehabilitation center, until May 30th, 2024. Since I'm home, not only am I overwhelmed from financial matters, I am still enduring destruction of my health and home, as I'm not getting rest from the semi-attached neighbors' construction 24/7. I don't want to go back to the hospital, nor the nursing/rehab center. I am in need of Your help and hearing my feeble prayers, Dear Lord. I'm sorry to vent, especially, knowing so many lost loved ones, possessions and are in need of rebuilding and having new beginnings. My prayers are for all, especially my relatives in Coral Springs, Fort Myers, Port St. Lucy, and other areas of Fla., the Carolinas, & Ga. Please dear Lord, help & hear my prayers!
