Loving God, create in us an ever-growing faith, with hearts open and centered in you. Awaken within us the fire of your Spirit, so that your love may fill us more fully, and flow throughout our lives. Increase within us a desire to reach out, to invite and to share, to welcome and accept. Awaken the faith of all your people, especially those who have grown distant from you, those ready to hear an invitation to the love you alone can bring. Awaken us, loving God, to see the fullness of your grace and peace. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen. (Awakening Faith is a ministry of Paulist Evangelization Ministries)

Dear Lord, If I love someone, I think more of them than I do of my "self", they are the "other". The more the "other", perhaps, the greater the love. So, in such a love, I am concerned about the "others" future. In this manner, perhaps, I need to imagine what might the future hold in regards to their safety. Maybe I can imagine a harm that may be coming their way. So in this one way imagination, perhaps, is tied to love. Imagination is also tied to fantasy, and perhaps, fantasy is tied to romance? Amen.

I pray that my daughter, Courtney, is able to get pregnant and have a baby. I pray that God help Linda and I with our financial needs in order to be able to pay our bills when they are due and still be able to donate money to our favorite charity. I pray that my children's relationship get closer and that they learn to tolerate each other differences and still love each other and become best friends. I pray that the leaders of this country do what is right for this country, not just do what is right for them. I pray that God continue to protect our country and its citizens.

Praise the Lord! Please pray for my intention. I got a proposal , but the guy is very much disturbed and he is in confusion still we have not spoken about our wedding dates, Request for prayers that the Lord touch his heart and talk to him to make the decision. Jesus, you know the pain of loss when your eathly father Joseph died. Please I beg you,ask your father in heaven to let my Dad stay here on earth a while longer. My Mother passed away just last month suddenly and unexpected,Please Blessed Mother Mary, help my Mom in heaven. My father is now gravely ill ,and in the hospital, I am afraid he will pass away also. Dear Jesus. Please pray for my brother who just had open heart surgery while on vacation that he will have a complete healing and will be able to fly home next week to his residence and recover with his family. Please also pray for my other brother who has been having problems with his son who has been on drugs and being out of control and not doing what he was told to do that he will get the help he needs to get straightened out. Also, pray that my two brother will find employment in their field so they will provide for their family. Please pray for my Mom who is handicapp and paralyzed that she will have strength of mind and body. Please pray for me that I will have the strength and patience and health to care for my Mom and take care of myself. .

Please pray for my Uncle Steve and his family who had a heart attack yesterday and coded. The doctors were able to bring him back, but he is in critical condition. I pray that God watches over him, and if he is in a lot of pain that God takes him home.
