A SUNDAY PRAYER - O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your Son cared for the welfare of every person and went about doing good for all. Grant us the imagination and the resolution to create throughout the world a just and hopeful world for the human family. Make us agents of your compassion and mercy to the suffering, the persecuted and the oppressed. We pray this through the Spirit of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. Dear God, please keep my mom in your prayers. Please let her continue to eat so she can gain weight and continue to be positive and happy and let go of negativity. Also God, I pray I continue to focus on my schoolwork and stay positive and be around positive people. Finally, I pray that I will find a great and genuine guy and he will come in my life. Thank you God for always being here for me and I will continue to have faith.
Please pray for me. There is a man I am attracted to and like very much. His name is "P". He seems to be ignoring and avoiding me completely. Please pray that God bless our finances so that we can stay ahead of our bills both expected and unexpected, afford to repair the things that we need to have repaired, replace the things that we need to have replaced and enjoy life a little. Please pray that God bless us on our jobs so that we perform well and are appreciated for it by bosses and coworkers. Please pray that we can retire in no later than 5 - 6 years and are financially secure and physically healthy so that we can improve our home, yard, etc. as well as to keep up with the expected and unexpected bills, share time with our relatives and friends, some of which are elderly or in ill health, maybe enjoy some short trips and enjoy the beauty of God’s world at a slower pace

Please, Lord, heal Caroline's eyes from going blind. She cries every day she can't get pregnant also.I don't understand that she is willing to pass on this blindness genetic condition as well as our family auto-immune issues. If I had known about our illnesses beforehand I'd never have got married as so many family since have serious auto-immune illnesses. If You will not cure these genetic issues, and won't allow Caroline to have a baby, please help her to accept it and find a good outlet for her love, including her husband to be enough. Children bring such heartache anyway, for whole of life, just occasional joy, but mostly worry and sorrow. I can't tell her that and she couldn't accept it anyway, but it is true. Lord I've prayed so many years for my children and their families and my husband and other people but it always seems to be useless, so I have now little hope in prayer.. I wish that You would want to change that and hear the heartfelt prayers that always seem in vain.
Lord please cause N to make an unselfish decision regarding her job. She has let down my son so much. Please help her not to let him down this time.

Dear Father, I'm at a place in my marriage where I don't know if I want it. My husband started out as a friend, then after the passing of our parents we starting our relationship. After about few months I discovered he is a not nice person. In the time we have been together I no longer go around my family, he is jealous, insecure, hurtful, hateful. He makes up stories and sometimes I think he believes his stories, and there isn't if any truth to them. Please father I beg of you to help me.
