Father in Heaven, you know that my job of 20 years is on the line right now due to budget cuts. You know how You have been working through me to help others in my current position. I ask for continued employment in my current position. If that is not your will for me, please grant me a job for which I am well suited and where You can better work through me to help others. I suffered a stroke on March 17th, 2014, and I ask for prayers for a complete recovery. I just "discovered" you Mass broadcast and am thankful for it. Years ago I lived in NYC and passed and also went into your church to visit and pray. Thank you. God Bless you.

On the original Memorial Day (May 30th, 1936 my parents were married. 40 years to the day (May 30, 1976) my father (Gorden R. Andersen) passed away.My mother and I were preparing to go to the field mass at Calvery Cemetary when we got the call. Since my parents were divorced, I was the one who got the call and had to go to the VA Hospital. I still recognize May 30th as Memorial Day. Please keep us all in your loving grace.
