ASH WEDNESDAY - O God, with ashes on our forehead we begin Lent knowing that the rest of the journey will not be pubic like today but perhaps more personal, more one on one with you. We will give up things or perhaps do things to hopefully focus our lives on what is most important. We will pray to draw strength for the journey. We will give of ourselves as your ambassadors so that it is not just about "me" but about "us" about You! And so, as we journey, we ask you to create in us a clean heart and renew in us a steadfast spirit. Help us to remember that now, today is the right time, the acceptable time to encounter and know your love. Fill us with the hope that by your grace we are journeying together in your love. Amen!

Dear lord, I pray that D and I can heal and forgive one another for past wrongs - that we let go of negativity, fears & bad influences are removed so that d & I can grow in mutual romantic love, peace, commitment, respect, faith and happiness with eachother again. I ask that d has a change of heart and travels with me soon. Lastly I pray for all other intentions! Thank you and I am grateful and feel blessed for your presence in my life

St Anthony and St Jude please grant that cb will write good reports like ls wrote. Grant that she try to change what is said in therapy. Dear God...Please heal my MOM...she had a stroke that seems to be getting better. Her main problems that remain are her memory and her inability to eating normal. Please heal her back to her old self now. We need her to keep this large family together.

We have been asking for Mike's cure from an aggressive and rare stage iv cancer, but if that is not possible, we pray to be completely accepting of God's Will and to always put God first. We also pray for the reconversion of our daughter and the conversion of her boyfriend.
