Thank you for helping me through my surgery and radiation and thank you for helping with the bladder and bowel and rectal bleeding and spitting of blood and other bleeding issues and thank you for the good vaginal ultrasound and please help the paps to be okay and thank you for helping me through the endoscopy and for the good biopsy report and please help me to not keep getting these skin cancer issues and thank you for the good report on my eye and my face I was nervous about that and please help me to be okay with these things on my face and any other area of my body and please help it to be okay. Thank you for helping me get a good report with my mammogram report and please help me to get a good report in July on both breasts when I go I am scared and nervous for my health and when you are told you have cancer it is really scary and please help me to be a better person wife mother friend etc and change my ways and realize how lucky I am and be healthy and please help me to be the best person I can be and be worthy of all you do and all I ask for I know I ask for a lot please help me to be worthy and please help me to not be selfish and when I ask for something for myself I hope you don't think I am selfish I am just scared and please help me to not fail you I know I fail everyday and when I do something that isn't right or if I have hurt anyone I am truly sorry. Thank you for all you do and all I ask for and thank you for all you do have done and hopefully will continue to do for me and my family I am truly grateful. Thank you for helping Marc get a good MRI report and please help with his stomach and back issues and thank you for the shot to work and thank you for helping with his heart issues and please help it to continue to be okay and please help him to be pain free happy healthy and safe and thank you for helping Irene get good reports with her kidneys and please help it to continue and please help with her heart issues and to not have to have surgery and if she does please help it to wait so it can be less invasive and please help with all her health issues and to loose weight and thank you for all the other good test results and thank you for helping Bob get through his surgery and for the good biopsy report and and please help with all his health issues and please help with the kidney and blood issues and please help the shots and pills to work and thank you for all the other good test results and thank you for helping our son Adam have the strength to stop smoking and please help with all the drinking and please help him to be cancer free and healthy so he can live a long healthy life we are very worried about him and please help us to have a good relationship with Sara and please help us to have a better relationship with our son Jason and his wife Carina and the beautiful grandchildren and know how to make it better and thank you for the gift of time with all our children and may they all be pain free happy healthy and safe wherever they go and travel. Ken, Vic , Kathy, Cindy and the baby, David Harmon, Kathy and Z Bean, Diana's sister, Ginni and John and John's sister and John's family, the women I met the one for her son the one for herself the one whose husband has MS and the one whose husband has bone cancer and may he stay in remission, the girl Monica told us about, the lady Amber met the lady I spoke to whose dad has some form of cancer, Janice and her Dad, Cheryl, Al, Rita, Donna, Michele Hazzouri and her Mom, my cousin Michael, Tony, Donald,please help my cousin Janice to rest in peace and help with her daughter Victoria and all the sick family, Marty's daughter and Bill, Betsy Hier, Jane Dorvalls mother brother and son and Dana's sister in law, Barbara's friend to rest in peace and help with her animals, Andrea's dad to rest in peace and please help everyone I forgot or don't know about and please help everyone who has lost a loved one and please help everyone who has will have and has had to have surgery radiation and or chemo. Thank you for the gift of Diane and Ken and Ginni and John and especially Diane and Ken and help us to not do anything to hurt this relationship it is really important to us and thank you for helping it be easier financially these last few years it has been nice to pay the bills and do some things but the most important thing is the love of God family friends and good health nothing else matters without good health and lots of faith.
