thank you for helping me through my surgery and radiation and thank you for helpint with the bladder, bowel, rectal bleeding and spitting of blood and other bleeding issues and please help it to be okay and thank you for the good vaginal ultrasound and please help the paps to be okay and thank you for helping me through my endoscopy and for the good biopsy report and please help me to not keep getting these skin cancer issues and please help this biopsy to be okay on my head and thank you for all the other good biopsy reports and please help this one to be okay and thank you for helping me get a good mammogram report and pelase help me to get a good report when I go in July on both breasts I am scared and nervous for my health and when you are told you have cancer it is really scary and please help me to be a better person wife mother friend etc and change my ways and realize how lucky I am and be healthy and please help me to be the best person I can be and be worthy of all you do and all I ask for I know I ask for a lot please help me to be worthy and please help me to not be selfish and when I ask for something for myself I hope you don't think I am being selfish I am really scared and please help and guide me to not fail you I know I fail everyday and when I do something that isn't nice or right or if I have hurt anyone I am truly sorry. Thank you for all you do have done and hopefully will continue to do for me and my family I am truly grateful. Thank you for helping Marc get a good MRI report and please help with this stomach and back and thank you for the shot to work and thank you for helping with his heart issues and please help it to continue to be okay and please help with all his health issues and to be pain free happy healthy and safe. Thank you for helping Irene get good report with her kidney and please help it to stay stable and please help with her heart issues and to not have to have surgery and please help it to be able to be done less invasive if she has to do it and please help with all her health issues and to loose weight and do what she is suppose to do and thank you for all the other good test results and thank you for helping Bob get through his surgery and for the good biopsy report and please help with all his health issues and please help the shots and pills to work and thank you for all the other good test results and thank you for helping Maria through her surgery and please help with all her health issues and to loose weight and meet someone to share her life with please help them all to be pain free happy healthy and safe and thank you for helping our son Adam have the strength to stop smoking and please help with all the drinking and help him to be cancer free andhealthy so he can live a long healthy life we are very worried about him and please help us to have a good relationship with Sara and please help us to have a better relationship with our son Jason and his wife Carina and the beautiful grandchildren and know how to make it better and thank you for the gift of time with our children and please help all our children to be pain free happy healthy and safe wherever they go and travel. Please help Sue to rest in peace and know she is love and please help her family and Staci. God Bless Sue. Thank you for helping Aunt Lorraine and Maria's friends and please help Aunt Lorraine and Greg Chess, Mr. Kidd, Denise Boyles mother and sister, Janice and her Dad, Pres. Thank you for helping Johann through her surgery and for the good biopsy reports and please help with all her health issues and thank you for helping my cousin Johnny walk and be able to go home and please help him and Arlene with the loss of their daughter and may she rest in peace, thank you for helping Aunt Delores and Maryann get good mammogram reports and thank you for helping Diane and Maryellen get through their surgery and please help the women I met the one for her son the one for herself the one whose husband has MS and the one whose husband has bone cancer and may he stay in remission. Please help Annie, Cora, Lauren, Mike's wife, Jenny, Carol and please help the women Amber met the one Monica told us about the family and their children Diane told us about the lady I spoke to whose dad has some form of cancer and Antionette' Rapps friend and please help Michele Hazzouri and may her mom rest in peace and please help my cousin Michael, Tony, Donald, and please help Janice to rest in peace and help with her daughter Victoria and all the sick family. Please help everyone who has lost a loved one and I may have forgotten or don't know about and please help everyone who has will have and has had to have surgery radiation and or chemo. Thank you for the gift of Diane and Ken and Ginni and John and especially Diane and Ken and help us to not do anything to hurt this relationship it is really important to us and thank you for helping it be easier financially these last few years it has been nice to pay the bills and do some things but the most important thing is the love of God family friends and good health nothing matters without good health and lots of faith and I know I want it all but the most important thing is to be healthy and have God in your life. Thank you Dear God, Mary and St. Anthony for listening to me everyday and hearing me I am truly grateful and God Bless you Dear God, Mary, St. Anthony and all the saints, priests, nuns the Pope and all who do good and please watch over our service men and women and all who serve us. God Bless my whole family and all the people I loved and support me and all the sick and suffering animals in this world there are so many and they are helpless and they all need your help and all the people who have died and or suffered at the hands of these evil violent people and please help their families. Thank you for all you do for me and my family and please watch over our whole family and help us all to stay healthy and safe and please watch over Adam Bob and I and help us to stay cancer free and healthy and please help us all to stay cancer free and healthy and safe. Please help me to be worthy of all you do and all I ask for and please help me to not be selfish and guide me to not fail you and to do better everyday and be a good person. Please don't let him be laid off his job Dear God in Jesus name. Thank you for helping my daughter. She sounded so good in our conversation yesterday. Please continue to help her in her depression and anxiety and financial situation. Please help my grandson be good and help out my daughter. Thank you Dear God for directing me to start my emergency meds for my copd. I feel better today and slept real good. Thank you so much. Please help my friend be ok and please keep his driving safe. Please don't let us get into any accidents, and please help our journeys out be enjoyable as I feel I'm a bit of a burden on him and he's not happy inside.
