PRAYER FOR STRENGTH AND CHARACTER
Lord God, I do earnestly pray that thou wilt give me strength to break away, if I may be trying to free myself from habits that mar my character.
May I not lose courage and fall back in the old ways, but by faith be led where I should go. Amen.

Thank you God for continuing to bless me and keeping me in remission. You have been so good to me since my diagnosis. Help me to do your will. Also, bless my husband who is my constant help and support. Keep him healthy as we make this journey together. I pray this Jesus Christ our Lord . Amen.

For Devin, 6 yrs old, victim of shaken baby syndrome, who will endure double hip surgery first in June and then in July. His little life is one of chaos and pain due to the severe damage. I have been struggling lately. It seems like we have had so many things happen in our lives and I feel weighted down. I pray so much for things to work out, but there have not been any changes. Our son-in-law still does not have a job (he does have interviews on May 23 and 30), maybe one of them will come to fruition. Our daughter-in-laws mother was diagnosed with lymphoma. They are now dealing with chemo treatments and uncertainty. Our daughter had a miscarriage. She wants a baby so badly. Please help with these issues. I feel like I cannot handle much more. I'm scared for all of them. Please, I pray that these concerns and more will all work out. Thank you!

Dear Lord, we thank you for all you have done for us. We especially need your help right now in finding my husband work so that we may get out of debt and pay our bills. He has been working so hard for so long in getting his business going. Please give him the strength and good health to continue to work. We have faith you will help us during this stressful and desperate time. Watch over my family in keeping us healthy and safe from all evils.
