SECOND SUNDAY OF LENT - O God creator of all good things, you are our light and our salvation, whom should we fear. You are the stronghold, the rock of our life, of whom should we be afraid? Help us as we live each day by discerning what is right and true, by taking comfort and always hoping in you. Guide us along your right path knowing that you are always with us and you will never leave us to face life alone. Amen!

Lord I thank you for getting me through a very dark and scary time with the illness of my lovely friend and wife of almost 30 yrs. I want you to bless all the doctors and nurses that gave of their time in insure better health for my wife. After a few surgeries she is back home with me on this Easter Sunday, a day of great hope. God bless all my neighbors and family members who came to my aide. I can not thank all those who kept praying for a better day, for my wife after six months of endless procedures and surgeries. My prayers go out to all those we met a long the way with more problems than we have..God Bless to all those who believe, we do.
Merciful God Bless Kay, my wife, who is battling stage 3 cancer. Give her hope, patience and endurance. Bless us with trust in God's plan. We believe in Your enduring Love and Passion. In Jesus we pray.

I pray for the people here who have been storm/flood affected that they have the help and support they need and they can get their lives back together again including my storm damage problems.
