Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two children and their husbands. The answer to my prayer may require a miracle; even so you are the Saint of Miracles. Pls pray for my friend, Ana Liza Lacson, who will go through a surgery to remove her kidney tumor on Aug 7. Pray that the Lord guide all the surgeons and nurses, and that the surgery becomes successful. We also pray that the Lord grant my friend tremendous amount of courage and strength that she lives through this difficult situation. May the Lord grant her complete healing and bless her.
