Thinking Before Action - Help us O God; to be the people you have created us to be today. Help us to think before we speak, especially when our words are directed towards others. Help us to think before we write, especially when we are writing about others. Help us to act, respond and live as people committed to compassion, life and love. I am asking for prayers for a friend of a family member. He is soon to be homeless at the end of the month. Thrown out of my house due to violent nature, taken back in several times prior to this, cant do again. This last time a family friend took him in. They cant any longer help. we cant help & DSS wont help. He has not done anything to improve his situation either. It is winter in NY Freezing cold & he will die in this cold. He is my grandsons father & I am scared for him but he has a violent temperament & scares me. I can no longer provide for him. Father please hear our Prayers and provide for the least of these.
