Power over all powers, why is it that whatever I do to move out of my very sticky situation, issues beyond my control crop up and all my efforts fizzle out? In Jesus' name I plead, spare me of more sleepless nights. Grant me that by the wisdom of Your Holy Spirit, my way forward is enlightened. God, You know that I trust in You! The point is, should I keep trusting myself? Am I messing it up? Shall I not guard my self respect? Is protecting one's own dignity a sign of pride? God answer me! Amen.

I humbly pray that whatever my test tomorrow reveals, it will be in accordance with your will. Please help me to become stronger and stronger and that I may be free of all pain. I also ask that you will help us to find the right place to move and that we will be strong enough to prepare for that. I so want to make the move to enjoy whatever life has left to offer. Help all those people who have lost their homes and heal those that are suffering trying to make a better life for themselves. I pray that my husband's biopsy comes back with favorable results. Dear Lord, thank you for helping us with our decision to move. It looks like you are telling us to stay where we are, at least for now. Help us to be patient and to continue to love our neighbors and to be good neighbors. Thank you also for helping me with my back pain--which has been very bad today and also helping my husband who has been having some health issues with his immune system. Help us both to be patient with our pain and also with a possible move. You know what is best for everyone. Thank you and praise you, Lord God.
