FIRST SUNDAY OF LENT - God of Life, be with us in our journey through Lent and life. Remind us of the story of your love each day that we may truly believe in our hearts that you are our God. In our moments of choice and decision help us to choose wisely. Have mercy on us when we don't. Remind us amid our struggles to always call upon your name for help. Enrich us with your gift of hope that will enable us to always remember your love. Amen!

God, I pray that you answer the prayers of everyone! I will pray for their intentions, and they may pray for mine. Also, God, please bring a wonderful conclusion to this season that makes this a significant Advent season. Let me deeply live it. And may the Christmas season be even better! God, please give me guidance and enlightenment as to what to do in my life. I desire to be a religious sister. If You are willing, please allow this to happen and make it come to fruition soon. Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. Praise God for allowing us to celebrate the last Sunday of Advent. As we wait for the Birthday of Jesus help us Abba to prepare for His coming into our world in a new and Healing way. Heal us Jesus of all thoughts and actions which do not Glorify You. Heal us Abba of all fear of the future. Holy Spirit fill us more deeply with your calm and quiet so that we can truly Rejoice in the first coming of Christ in a manger and the final coming of Jesus, The Word of God, at the close of this age.
