ASH WEDNESDAY - O God, with ashes on our forehead we begin Lent knowing that the rest of the journey will not be pubic like today but perhaps more personal, more one on one with you. We will give up things or perhaps do things to hopefully focus our lives on what is most important. We will pray to draw strength for the journey. We will give of ourselves as your ambassadors so that it is not just about "me" but about "us" about You! And so, as we journey, we ask you to create in us a clean heart and renew in us a steadfast spirit. Help us to remember that now, today is the right time, the acceptable time to encounter and know your love. Fill us with the hope that by your grace we are journeying together in your love. Amen!

Heavenly Father, let this new day be my song of thanks and praise to You. You walked with me throughout the entire week and helped me achieve much more than I ever expected. I do not say “Well done!” to myself, but rather “How great is my God!” Abbā, although Covid-19 is not over yet, it is abating in some countries. With the summer holidays drawing near, many people plan to make up for the restrictions of movement they endured. In Jesus’ name, please help us select only the safest places. Amen.

Almighty God, Have mercy upon my mother. My mother is receiving medical treatment. Lord God, I humbly beg that you heal my mother, get her well soon, and touch her with your mighty hands. May you continue to bless, guide and guard us. Please go with my family. With your Love, all things are possible. O immaculate Heart of Mary, Pray for us that my mother will recover from illness completely. Amen.

Dear God, Thank you so much for all your blessings. Please also bless and give our family strength with what we’re going through especially my husband and son. Please bless that everything will work out for the better for the both of them and our family. Grant my husband and son the wisdom to make the right decisions. Continue to keep our family safe. For my daughter's health to continue to be well and a speedy recovery for my mom, dad and aunt, most especially my mom because of her stroke. Give my dad strength to cope with my mom's health issues and everything else. With the current COVID19 pandemic, give all of us affected strength during this challenging time.
