Feast of St. Luke
Almighty God, you inspired Your servant St. Luke the Evangelist and Physician to set forth in the gospel the love and the healing power of your Son. In faithfully detailing the humanity of Jesus, he also showed the divinity of Jesus and His genuine compassion for all human beings.
May St. Luke intercede for us that we may deepen our understanding of the gospel and grow in compassion of Jesus. May his intercession enable our new parish to follow Your way and plan for us.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord please watch over my family. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind, protection, knowledge, insight, and guidance for my daughter as she navigates through college. Protect and guide me at my jobs, and assist me with obtaining and maintaining financial growth and stability. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, safety, health, happiness, love, and piece of mind to my family and me. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Continue assist her with her new found independence, cognitive growth, and what life throws her way. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, skinny state. Guide me towards finding true love again, and receiving it with open arms. Protect all my friends, family, and me from getting any colds and viruses. Heal those with the virus, protect those who come in contact with the virus, especially our healthcare workers, law enforcement, grocery/store and delivery workers, those with compromised immune systems, elderly, those with underlying health conditions, and military. Bring peace and justice to our country. Thank you for all of the blessings that you have bestowed upon us as we are forever grateful. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Father God Almighty I thank you for this beautiful new month. Bless this month for me and my loved ones and my family. Grant us your Goodness and mercies. Bless the intentions of our hearts. Console and comfort Magnus and the entire family members as they prepare for the burial of their beloved brother, father, son, and uncle. I pray for journey mercies and favour and blessings upon the family. I pray that everything goes well, protect them from all evil and dangers. Be with them Lord and keep them strong. I pray for the repose of Aunty B soul who passed away last month. I pray that for her husband and sons that she left behind that the good Lord will guide, protect and give the grace to bear the lost. I also pray for my family and my health that the lord will bless and heal me from any form of ailment. I pray for my brothers and sisters for blessings and protection.
