Eternal God, thank You for giving us Your only Son Jesus to save us from sin, not by being a movie superstar hero, but by being a great example to us. As a man on earth, Jesus walked in spirit and truth and served You with a tremendous desire to do Your will. In a powerful way, He humbled Himself on the cross to redeem us from sin and became our Saviour. Abbā, in His name, please help me follow His example and wait on You, love You above anyone else, and grow a huge desire to do Your will. Amen.

Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. Through the intercession of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, I confidently beseech You to grant me the grace of healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two daughters.
