Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. Abbā, what a sweet sound it is to call You in the morning, and let You know that I am up and running for a new day, as yet, with no mistakes in it. Thank You for making this possible and giving me the grace to praise You and glorify Your Divine name. Although not all things are running smoothly, I know that I manage much better if I stay in Your shade. Thus, to do so, I pray in Jesus’ name, Our Father, please do not let the present circumstances around the world be of stress on our health. Amen.
