We give you heartfelt thanks, O Loving God, for the rest of the past night and for the gift of a new day, with all its opportunities of pleasing you. Grant that as we live the hours of this day we will do so with joy, faith, hope and love in service of you. So that when evening comes upon us we will again give thanks to you for your many gifts that enriched us throughout the day. We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen! In such an instance, in the mighty name of Jesus, with the intercession of Mary, His Immaculate Blessed Virgin Mother, whom herself had a rough start, dear Lord God, I pray, please help those trying to survive a marriage with a tough spouse. Loving Father I need your healing touch as I have contacted Covid. I also ask your protection on my loved ones, that they will not catch it and that those who have will heal quickly. I ask you to comfort and console those you have given me to pray for. You know their names and exactly what they need. I thank you for your love and mercy. Please, especially be with Mary who lost her mother yesterday and may Doris rest in peace. Amen

I am asking for your prayers for my husband, Joseph, for a good bladder cancer checkup and CT scan for his July 18, 2022 appointment. We thank God for his blessings that the cancer did not spread, Joseph was able to keep his bladder, and has been cancer free. We also pray that both Joseph and Patricia will both remain healthy and be free from all forms of cancer, stroke, heart conditions and Alzheimer’s as we only have each other and no caregivers to help us as we age. We also pray for direction from the Holy Spirt to guide us on the purchase of a low maintenance home for retirement and to ask that Alex will be able to quickly sell our current home when the time comes. Thank you for all your prayers over the years.
