Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. Abbā, when we should be praising You for all You have done for us, we let the earth’s filth ruin Your pride and joy, the creation You love so much. The curse of drugs gnaws at the roots of society and seeks to destroy it. The most vulnerable are the young, especially girls. In Jesus’s name, please forgive us of our sins and let Your Holy Spirit lead us on the way You want us. Bless Your creation, and as I leave the young girls who turned to drugs in Your hands, I beg You to hear our pleas. Amen.
